TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Wedding Invitations, Stickers and Custom Crafting Services)

1. Deposit & Order Confirmation

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required to confirm the order and secure production scheduling.

1.2 No design work, material procurement, or production will commence until the deposit has been received.

1.3 The deposit covers design time, material sourcing, administrative preparation costs, and the creative development of visual concepts.

1.4 Any engagement in the design process following quotation validation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Design & Revision Policy

2.1 The quotation includes up to two (2) minor revisions of the approved design concept.

2.2 A minor revision refers to small text adjustments, color refinements, or layout alignment changes based on the initially agreed direction.

2.3 Major redesigns, including changes in concept, format, size, structure, or artistic direction. will incur additional charges.

2.4 A standard fee of Rs 500 applies per new design concept developed after initial validation.

2.5 Additional revisions beyond the included limit will be billed separately.

2.6 Any design created, adapted, refined, or modified by CRAFTBYAJN, including those based on client references,  is considered a custom creative work developed bY CRAFTBYAJN.

2.7 Final written approval (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) of artwork is required before printing. Once approved, the design is considered final and any further modification will be chargeable.

3. Proofreading Responsibility

3.1 The client is fully responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, dates, names, and content details.

3.2 Once artwork is approved and production begins, the company shall not be liable for any errors contained in the approved proof.

3.3 Reprints required due to client-approved errors will be charged in full.

4. Material Selection & Production Standards

4.1 Unless otherwise specified in writing, CRAFTBYAJN reserves the right to select appropriate materials including:

• Cardstock type
  
  

• Grammage
  
  

• Printing method
  
  

• Finishing technique
  
  4.2 Material selection is based on professional expertise, availability, durability, and design suitability.
  
  4.3 If the client requests specific materials (e.g., exact grammage, imported paper, specialty finishes), a separate quotation will be issued reflecting the adjusted cost.
  
  4.4 Specialty materials may require additional lead time and a higher deposit.
  
  4.5 All creative and technical decisions related to design execution remain at the discretion of CRAFTBYAJN to ensure quality, consistency, and feasibility.

5. Color & Print Variation Disclaimer

5.1 Slight color variations may occur between digital proofs (screen) and printed materials.

5.2 Minor variations in texture, cutting tolerance, alignment, or finishing are considered industry standard and do not constitute defects.

6. PAPER SELECTION, MATERIAL RENDERING & CLIENT APPROVAL

a. All paper types, grammage, textures, coatings, colours, finishes, and material recommendations proposed by CRAFTBYAJN are based on professional experience, intended aesthetic outcome, print compatibility, and project practicality.

b. The Client acknowledges that paper feel, rigidity, texture, flexibility, luxury perception, opacity, ink absorption, colour rendering, and overall final appearance may vary depending on the selected material.

c. Where the Client validates, approves, or confirms a specific paper type, grammage, finish, or material choice, such approval shall constitute final acceptance of the selected specifications. CRAFTBYAJN shall not be held responsible for dissatisfaction arising from personal preference changes after approval and/or production.

d. Any request for modification, reprint, replacement, material change, or redesign after production approval and/or printing commencement may generate additional charges, unless otherwise agreed in writing by CRAFTBYAJN.

e. If  CRAFTBYAJN voluntarily agrees to reprint or reproduce materials as a gesture of goodwill despite the initial specifications having been approved by the Client, such action shall not constitute an admission of fault or liability.

f. Where the Client personally supplies paper, cardstock, envelopes, or any external printing material, CRAFTBYAJN cannot guarantee:

• ink absorption results;

• colour accuracy;

• smudge resistance;

• drying performance;

• print durability;

• texture compatibility;

• paper feeding behaviour;

• or final rendering quality.

g. AJN PRODUCTION shall not be held responsible for defects, colour inconsistencies, printer reactions, ink spreading, smudging, warping, bending, or material-related issues arising from client-supplied media.

7. PRINT DIMENSIONS & CUTTING TOLERANCES

a. Standard paper references such as A4, A5, A6, or other indicated formats are used primarily as production and printing references.

b. Final delivered dimensions may slightly differ from exact international paper standards due to:

• safety margins;

• bleed areas;

• trimming requirements;

• cutting tolerances;

• alignment correction;

• finishing precision;

• and production constraints.

c. The Client acknowledges that printed products requiring trimming, border correction, folding, binding, or finishing may not retain the exact original sheet dimensions after production.

d. Slight dimensional variations resulting from professional cutting and finishing processes shall not be considered a defect, error, or non-conformity.

8. Payment Terms

8.1 The remaining balance (50%) must be settled before delivery or collection of printed materials.

8.2 Production completion does not imply transfer of ownership until full payment is received.

8.3 Late payment may result in delivery delays.

8.4 Payment covers production and service execution only and does not transfer ownership of design rights.

9. Production Timeline

9.1 Production timelines begin only after:

• Deposit payment
  
  

• Final artwork approval
  
  9.2 Delays in client approval may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
  
  9.3 Urgent production requests may incur additional fees.
  
  

10. Inspection & Claims

10.1 The client must inspect the products upon collection or delivery.

10.2 Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

10.3 Claims made after this period may not be considered.

11. Cancellations

11.1 Orders cancelled after material procurement or production commencement are non-refundable.

11.2 Custom printed materials cannot be returned or refunded.

12. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

12.1 All designs, concepts, layouts, compositions, and visual adaptations created, developed, or modified by the company remain its exclusive intellectual property.

12.2 This includes designs based on client references, inspirations, or previously existing visuals once any creative input, modification, or production work has been applied.

12.3 The client is granted a non-transferable right to use the final printed product strictly for its intended personal or event-related purpose.

12.4 CRAFTBYAJN reserves the full and unrestricted right to:

• Reuse, reproduce, or adapt any design
  
  

• Apply similar or identical design structures for other clients
  
  

• Use all visuals for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes
  
  10.5 The company may document, capture, and share the production process (including behind-the-scenes content) across its communication channels.
  
  10.6 Personal client information will not be disclosed and may be modified, masked, or replaced for demonstration purposes.
  
  10.7 If a client requires full exclusivity or restriction of usage, this must be requested in writing prior to project commencement and may be subject to additional fees or refusal of service.
  
  

13. Force Majeure

The company shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including material shortages, supplier delays, transportation issues, or natural events.

14. Binding Agreement

The payment of the required deposit confirms the Client’s full acceptance of the quotation, scope of work, and all applicable Terms & Conditions.

Upon receipt of the deposit, the agreement becomes legally binding between both parties, including all clauses related to creative control, intellectual property, and usage rights.
